Attending this class has jumpstarted me to think about many ideas I have for my class this coming school year. I am excited to learn more about the actual process for making digital stories. After this session my mind is buzzing with ideas! Thanks!
I gained a great deal of information regarding resources available to enhance my digital storytelling activities. I look forward to trying to utilize some of the new information in upcoming projects. I will be looking into the resource pages over the summer.
I have so many ideas in my head. I teach kindergarten and I would like to try the poems, etc digital storytelling. And I think you are right on about how "audience" is very motivating. I often had really great writing pieces and then wouldn't do anything with it.
I learned about lots of places to find resources, but I'll need hours...days?... to explore them all. My first task is to think about how I can get my feet wet in the classroom with kids.
I did not realize all the "grammar" issues in regards to digital storytelling. Guess that's why my pictures/films are not of the best quality. But i am excited to try a few projects this next school year. Thank you.
Great resources to use with my students. I had not realized about the "grammar" of digital storytelling either. I will be using this site and resources with my students next year!
We will use this website to plan more effective means for students to present projects in class. I need hours to go through all the information, what will the students do? Just seeing what others have done gives me so many ideas.
Working with Jim was fun. He provided us with some wonderful resources and great links for iMovies and the digital storytelling. I didn't realize that I was making the transition from an iMovie to a type of storytelling. I like the idea of having students create their own shorts shorts. Jim's blogs are really good resources for me!!!!
I never realized there was so much to think about when making an imovie! I can't wait to get started with my students next fall.
